Edward & Maribell.
We’re Edward and Maribell Rivera, gratefully married for over 33 years, parents to five incredible children, and passionate about helping couples grow stronger, together. Our journey has taken us through seasons of joy and heartbreak, struggle and healing, brokenness and redemption. We’ve experienced firsthand the restoring power of God’s grace in our marriage, and we know what it’s like to fight for it.
Over the years, we’ve pursued personal counseling, attended marriage intensives, and walked through transformative programs like Soul Care, Hope Restored, and AffairRecovery.com. That journey of restoration didn’t stop with us—it became a ministry. As a former pastor of five years, and through leading small groups, mentoring couples, and coaching individuals, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside others in their hardest moments, always striving to be real, honest, and rooted in Christ.
One story that resonates deeply with us is Peter’s. In Luke 22:61 -62, after Peter denied Jesus, he wept bitterly. But earlier in verse 32, Jesus had already spoken hope over him: “But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.” That’s our story, too. We know what it’s like to fail, to fall short in marriage, and yet experience the mercy of a Savior who restores and redeems.
Now, just as Jesus called Peter to go back and strengthen his brothers, we believe God is calling us to do the same, to strengthen other marriages. To remind couples that failure isn’t final, and that through Christ, healing is always possible.
Today, we serve as marriage and individual coaches, not because we have all the answers, but because we’ve walked the road of restoration and know what it takes to rebuild. Our mission is to help others thrive by becoming the healthiest version of themselves—spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. And we would be honored to walk that journey with you.
Biblical Counseling
We offer faith-based, biblical counseling rooted in the truth of God’s Word and the grace of the gospel. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relational challenges, or spiritual confusion, we create a safe and compassionate space to seek clarity, healing, and restoration.
Our approach combines scriptural wisdom with real-life experience, helping individuals and couples align their hearts, minds, and relationships with God’s design. You don’t have to walk through it alone. We’re here to guide you with truth, prayer, and hope.

Founded by a couple who’ve walked through 33 years of both joy and deep struggle, this ministry was born from real experience, not perfection. Through transparency, counseling, and years of learning, they've become marriage coaches who guide others toward healing and wholeness.
